Important information: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover are the accepted forms of payment. The maximum total invoice amount and the maximum group of payments that can be paid by credit card are each $10,000. Credit card payments in excess of the total invoice amount of $10,000 will incur a 3.00% credit card processing fee. Multiple credit card payments that add up to more than $10,000 will also incur a 3.00% credit card processing fee.
