Software Solutions Consultant
We are seeking a strong individual to add to our team as a Software Solutions Consultant reporting to our Director Professional Services. The Software Solutions Consultant will help us implement and support products and services related to SugarCRM, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage and our FayeBSG line of products.

Summary
We are seeking a strong individual to add to our team as a Software Solutions Consultant reporting to our Director Professional Services. The Software Solutions Consultant will help us implement and support products and services related to SugarCRM, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage and our FayeBSG line of products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead software delivery projects and manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Work directly with clients to gather business requirements
- Guide and educate our clients using the FayeBSG Methodology & Framework to give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their software
- Work with the engineering team to find the best solutions for client’s business problems
- Manage all parts of project delivery within the companies Jira/Confluence platforms
- Work with the engineering team to identify and resolve problems or bugs
- Provide clear specifications to Software engineers for development tasks
- Occasionally provide online training on supported software platforms to customers
Technical Skills and Experience Desired
- Undergraduate degree
- IT/Technical background
- 3 to 5+ years of experience working as a Software Consultant or Project Manager, ideally in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years of experience administering SugarCRM, Salesforce, Zendesk, Sage
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management suite
- Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions
