What’s New in Sage100 2019 – Task Scheduler
Another cool new update to Sage 100 for 2019 is the ability to schedule the distribution of reports using the task scheduler in the library master.
This is a great feature to simplify your life that automates tasks to occur in the background, so you can go back to getting stuff done!
Quite often customers want to delay the delivery of reports to key individuals via email and they want to be able to schedule them, so that, for instance, your CEO has certain reports arrive on their desk first thing in the morning, well now you can do that with the task scheduler!
All you need to do is identify the report, identify who you want to receive it and you can set that up in the scheduler as a task and just have it automatically happen based on the calendar set up with the task.
Say goodbye to manual report entry and recreating the same procedures over and over again. The new task scheduler feature will be your best friend working for you in the background.
