According to Forbes who published a recent survey by technology research firm CSO Insights, 80% of CRM users say the technology has failed to help them grow sales. 80%? Seems quite high considering the CRM industry saw $20 billion in software spending in 2013, and is projected to hit astronomical growth numbers in the near future.
