Faye Business Systems Group Announces New SugarCRM QuickBooks Integration
Faye Business Systems Group (FBSG), Inc. today announced a new accounting integration with SugarCRM, the market-leading customer relationship management (CRM) company that enables enterprise-wide customer engagement.
WOODLAND HILLS, California (PRWEB) October 09, 2012
The integration called, the SugarCRM QuickBooks Integration Application, eliminates double entry of customers and sales orders in both Sugar and QuickBooks, updates Sugar with critical invoice history information that can be used for marketing campaigns and salesperson inquiries, and provides access to product lists and inventory status in Sugar without having to manually key in items.
“We’re really excited to announce this integration between QuickBooks and Sugar,” said FBSG CEO David Faye. He continued, “We built the integration from scratch to be rock solid, reliable, easy to configure and use, and to meet the key integration needs of Sugar and QuickBooks users. Whether you just want to sync customers between the two packages, if you want to see QuickBooks invoice history in Sugar, or if you want to enter sales orders in Sugar and have them appear in QuickBooks, this integration has it all.”
Available for QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Online, the integration with Sugar can be hosted in the cloud, via Sugar on via an in-house server, creating more flexibility for the user. In addition, the integration allows custom mapping of all Sugar and QuickBooks fields, including custom fields in either application. This opens the door to enabling users to create further customizations with no programming skills required.
“The integration between SugarCRM and QuickBooks creates greater efficiencies for users throughout the organization,” said Clint Oram, CTO and co-founder of SugarCRM. “The user experience is seamless – users simply need to log into their CRM to gain access or make updates to a customer’s pertinent accounting-related information. QuickBooks is very popular among the small business segment, so the integration with Sugar is certainly strategic for that market.”
SugarCRM Gold Partner Faye Business Systems Group has created several innovative add-ons for Sugar. The SugarCRM QuickBooks Integration Application is yet another addition to the suite of integrations offered by FBSG for Sugar, including integrations for Sage 100 ERP (MAS90), Intacct, Constant Contact, and Authorize.Net.
The integration is available now from Faye Business Systems Group.
