Why is the Scheduler Not Sending Out Campaign Emails?
You must be an administrator.
Scheduler is not sending out campaign emails that are in the outbound email queue.
It is possible that the time specified to run the job has not yet passed, or the job status is set to “Inactive”. Navigate to Admin > Schedulers and check the time interval that has been set for the job, and ensure that the job status is set to Active.
