Sugar Mobile offers browser access on any smart phone and native apps for iPhone and Android. Sugar Mobile Plus also includes offline sync for BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad – these features are available with Sugar Corporate and above and are an a-la-carte option for Sugar Professional.

**Report Categories. Sugar provides two categories of reports: Standard reports and Enterprise reports. When you create a standard report, you use the Report Wizard, a Sugar query builder, to generate the report output. You can create several types of standard reports, as discussed in Report Types. When you create an enterprise report, you can write complex SQL queries. Only administrators can create Enterprise reports.
