Sage ERP MAS 90 and MAS 200 v4.5 Pre-Release Guide

Sage ERP MAS 90 and MAS 200 v4.5 is scheduled for general release in September.    This is an exciting new release with tons of new features and functions as well as the ability for existing MAS 90 and MAS 200 users to go to a SQL based product.  Highlights of this version include the following:

  • The main features and functionality enhanced will be in the Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Sales Order Modules.
  • Every Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 customer will receive a free SageCRM 7.1 server license and user license when they upgrade to 4.5
  • Current Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 Extended Enterprise Suite customers will be merged into the core product line with the equivalent 4.5 system on user-based pricing
  • Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.5 licenses and SageCRM 7.1 licenses will be sold separately
  • Customers will be able to choose to stay on ProvideX (MAS 200 Client Server) or migrate to Microsoft SQL Server
  • Sage ERP MAS Intelligence will be enhanced in 4.5 to include Reporting Tree capabilities, additional sample reports, and compatibility with the Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL product

Specific enhancements include:

  • Price Level by Customer and Product Line in Sales Order Entry
  • Pricing flexibility for total item quantities on sales orders
  • Reserve specific lots and/or serial numbers for a specific customer in order entry
  • Being able to maintain split commissions by customer
  • Commission rate tables by salesperson, customer, and item
  • Enhanced sales order integration with job cost module
  • National Account Management in Accounts Receivable
  • Automatically create purchase orders from sales orders
